Oil & Gas Commercial Services

From technical requirement to Iraq delivery.

ASHUR connects oilfield materials, procurement and international sourcing with logistics planning and local supply-chain coordination. Technical completeness and commercial responsibilities are reviewed together for each requirement.

Commercial Capabilities

Oilfield Materials & Chemicals

Specification-led sourcing enquiries for drilling and production requirements, with supplier technical documentation and acceptance criteria identified.

Strategic Procurement

Requirement definition, supplier enquiry management and comparison of proposed scope, availability, lead time and commercial terms.

International Sourcing

Coordinate suitable supplier options against origin, technical evidence, commercial requirements and the agreed delivery route. Manufacturer relationships are confirmed for each proposal.

Commercial Evaluation

Compare offers on a consistent technical basis, identifying exclusions, responsibilities, payment terms and delivery assumptions.

Iraq Logistics & Delivery Support

Coordinate transport planning, destination requirements and delivery records within the contracted scope. Inspection, customs and import responsibilities are agreed explicitly.

Local Supply Chain Coordination

Connect supplier, project and local requirements so that documentation, handover and remaining actions are visible to the responsible parties.ASHUR’s role is agreed for the requirement. Supply coordination does not imply manufacture, exclusive representation or guaranteed stock. Engineering advisory, where requested, is a separately defined scope.
