ASHUR supports sourcing and delivery coordination for drilling, completion and production requirements. Each enquiry is reviewed against the application, technical specification, quantity, destination and required timing.

Enquiries may cover bentonite, barite, PAC, CMC, caustic soda, soda ash, lignite, defoamers, lubricants and lost-circulation materials. Grades, properties and suitability must be confirmed against the actual requirement.

Requirement review for scale and corrosion inhibitors, demulsifiers, paraffin inhibitors, biocides, scavengers and antifoam agents. Product selection depends on application, compatibility and supplier technical evidence.

Confirm the required product, application, grades, quantities and units. Identify acceptance criteria, packaging and any mandated standard before sourcing.

Compare proposed products with the requirement and identify deviations. Manufacturer relationships, product availability and certification scope are confirmed for each proposal.

Required records may include safety data sheets, technical data sheets, certificates of analysis and origin documentation. Any API or ISO requirement must identify the exact standard and evidence expected; a supplier’s general certificate is not proof of every product property.

Agree packaging, storage, handling, inspection and transport requirements. Iraq import, customs and delivery responsibilities are defined for the order and coordinated within the contracted scope.

Provide the specification, application, quantity and units, destination, delivery timing and required documents so that the proposed route can be reviewed on a consistent basis.
